Reducing the overextended laterals from 5.5m to 3m, and 5m to 2.5m. Take back to source the first lateral branch on the southern codominant stem. Stem diameter cuts no greater than 50mm. Reduce the height from the top crown from 15m to no less than 10m. heavy lean towards the property, taking some additional weight from the crown. No amenity value lost due to proximity of several other larger established trees. Works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998(2010), nearest best practice pruning points
